CFCSL is a civil and structural engineering consulting company based in Madrid (Spain). It provides specialized services such as feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, independent checking and construction supervision of any kind of structure.

Its founder, Carlos Fernández Casado, inaugurated the company as a professional business at the end of 1963, with the collaboration of Leonardo Fernández Troyano and Javier Manterola engineers. In October 1966, together with Huarte y cia SA, it became the company Carlos Fernández Casado S.A. A few years later, it was transformed from a public to a private limited company.

Mr. Carlos Fernández Casado was the Chairman and Director of the company until he retired in 1984. Since then, the presidency and management of the company have been shared by Mr. Javier Manterola Armisén and Mr. Leonardo Fernández Troyano.
